What is your Return Policy?

• Return Eligibility: We accept returns for items that are in new, unworn and resalable condition within 14 days from the delivery date. 
• Defective or incorrect items: In the rare event that you receive a wrong or defective item, we apologize for the inconvenience. We will replace the item of equal value or you can get a refund. 
  

REFUNDS

• Processing Time: Once a refund is approved, it takes 7-10 business days for the amount to be credited back to the original payment method, depending on the bank.
• Shipping Costs: Please note that we do not refund shipping costs unless we made a mistake with your order.

• Special Offer Restrictions: For special offers such as "Buy 1, Get 1 Free," items purchased as part of the offer are not eligible for exchange or refund unless there is an error on our part(e.g., wrong or defective items sent.)
• No Exchanges or Refunds: Items obtained through special promotions cannot be exchanged for other items or refunded.

Fraud Policy

• Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent based on our system's detection.
• Verification: If you believe your order was mistakenly flagged as fraudulent, please contact customer service to verify your information and resolve the issue.
